If you're trying to lose weight, but you still want to drink soda, should you go for the diet, or regular? It seems like a no-brainer. But guess what? It's not as simple as it appears. Tonight, we're working out some puzzlers we picked up while grocery shopping. We wondered, when does it make sense to buy organic – and when should you save the money? Can fish oil really be a key to mental and physical health? And how much of a concern is mercury in fish and shellfish?
